Out from under my rock.


I’ve wanted to blog lately, I really have. It’s just that nothing interesting has been going on. At all. Still doing the yoga, haven’t gone swimming this week, but that will change on Saturday. New recipes? Nope. Everything I have tried has been a fail of biblical proportions. I tried a new buckwheat granola recipe yesterday, I even went out and bought a new dehydrator. It’s…. Not bad I guess, but not worthy of the blog. I’m making these as we speak, and I’m really hoping that they’ll be good. I don’t know how many more kitchen failures I can take :(

My foot is feeling really good, so I’ve decided to throw some strength training into my workouts. This evening, I will be doing the 30 Day Shred. I’ve done it before and was pleasantly surprised at how challenging it was. I think it will be a good way to kick start my weight lifting again, as I don’t think I’m strong enough to go back to Jari Love, or P90X right now. So, wish me luck!

Speaking of P90X, is anyone excited for P90X 2? I keep trying to find the release date, but to no avail.
