So this is the plan…

Standard

I’m going to take the week off from exercise. My left knee and ankle have been feeling a little weak lately, so I’m going to rest it before it becomes a real problem. Hopefully this won’t doom me for my 5K at the end of May.

That being said, here are my goals for this week:

– Wake up early and walk on the treadmill the days I was supposed to run (at least 3 days).
– Walk in my neighborhood with Shane every day after dinner.
– Eat clean 80% of the time
– Cook at least 4 meals this week (I’ve already done 1 this week! Woo Hoo!)

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!

Oh, just to let everyone know, those muffins I made? Yeah, they were even a hit with my cats! Ponti and Dewey destroyed one today that was cooling from the oven. Crazy kitties!

Here is a picture of Ponti taking a break from playing with my sock. He lost his baby teeth today, most likely from biting Dewey (she had blood on her legs and paws). My baby is growing up! * Sniff*

Ok… I sound like a crazy cat lady now. Oh well, have a great night everyone!

The worst thing is that he knows he’s cute! He get’s away with everything!
