Whoa, two posts in one day!

I just finished my run, and I am happy to report that I did 3.8 miles! Because I wasn’t feeling well this afternoon, I decided to stick with the treadmill. I tried the Garmin out and discovered what I already knew, the pace function doesn’t work on the treadmill at all. At the end, I think it said I ran 3/4 miles. Obviously the foot pod is needed and I will be ordering it tonight. I’m going to test the Garmin outside tomorrow after work with a little jog around the neighborhood.

I’m so glad I did this run, it helped the headache I was dealing with all day virtually¬†disappear. My throat is still scratchy, but I think I’ll be fine over all. It feels good to move!

My goal this week is to workout every day. Run every second day and do Rip 60 on the other days. Also, I’m going to work out in the mornings. It sets the tone for my day and I think it’ll help me lose the weight I gained this week.
