Long day.

Standard

Won’t be here for too long as I just got home from work. At 10:30 pm. Oh, the life of a junior high teacher, if those grade 9’s actually knew how much work goes into their farewell celebration they would be even more grateful for us! That said, they are great kids and I am really going to miss them.

I was on my feet for quite literally 1/2 of the day between doing instrument inventory, choir rehearsal and performance, and grad clean up. I made some pretty terrible food choices, but I’m hoping now that my last important performance of the year is done (!), I will get back on track. Performances are more stress inducing than report cards, but are incredibly satisfying at the end when the kids do as great a job as they did tonight. Speaking of report cards, guess what I’ll be doing this weekend?

Admit it, you envy my go go, action packed life filled with choir practices, bitching about my injuries, and my impending hours of marking. Yeah, it’s a pretty spectacular way to live ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh so tired… Must sleep, I still have to go to work in the morning…

  1. Nooo, I love my PT! She's actually making things happen with tests and such. I love universal health care and all, but when you have to go to a hack at a medicentre because your family doctor isn't available for 6 weeks, it's nice to have a specialist that listens to you:)

The free's will be used strictly for walking from now on!
